3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Product photos
  • Packaging images

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • COD orders may be refunded through bank transfer or UPI

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for:

  • Wrong products received
  • Size issues (if applicable)

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
